Jasmyn Brilliante

Faculty

Reptile shop owner · Advanced handler — venomous, large monitors, constrictors

BVR Reptile Room

She and Tyler founded the BVR Reptile Room in Rocklin, California. Jasmyn has loved animals for as long as she can remember, and turned that into years of hands-on keeping. Venomous, large monitors, constrictors. She handles all of it. Where she's best is with the scared ones. She's the one who gets a kid, or a grown adult, to hold the animal they walked in afraid of, and she does it by being patient with them. She puts welfare first and enrichment in every enclosure, and she thinks every animal, big or small, should get the chance to thrive.

Jasmyn Brilliante is Faculty and a member of the faculty at Citadel Culebra, the online school of reptile-keeping, and is associated with BVR Reptile Room.
