TNT Exotic Reptiles & Surrenders

Tonya owns TNT Exotic Reptiles & Surrenders in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania, a woman-owned business that started as a family one. It began with educational events and birthday parties, and venomous is where it found its calling. Today she breeds, brokers, imports and exports venomous and exotic reptiles for keepers, zoological facilities and venom labs. She also takes in surrenders, venomous included, gets them healthy and places each one with a keeper who can house it. If the conversation shows someone can't, the answer is no, and she's turned down rehomes before. She teaches before she sells: mentoring for venomous keepers, written bite protocols, and tool work before hands. Everyone who buys at her expo table hears how to keep the animal safely first.

Tonya Kohr is Venomous Broker, Importer/Exporter & Venom Handler and a member of the faculty at Citadel Culebra, the online school of reptile-keeping, and is associated with TNT Exotic Reptiles & Surrenders.
