The Snake Man. Opened the Miami Serpentarium in 1947 and milked venom by hand for over sixty years. He injected himself with diluted venom from more than 30 species until his own blood became medicine — used to save 21 snakebite victims around the world. Survived 172 venomous bites. Lived to 100.
