Reading Reptile Body Language

Reptiles are constantly telling you how they feel. Learning to listen is the foundation of every safe interaction.

Before you ever pick an animal up, it's already communicating — through posture, breathing, tongue flicks, and where it chooses to be in the enclosure. Most bites and most stress come from keepers who acted before they read the room.
